Purple vertical stripes on screen

My 15” macbook pro 2018/9 suddenly opened to a purple screen. If the lid is closed 25 degrees, it swaps back to normal. Open it more, and the screen goes purple. Seems like a hardware failure. Any quick fix? because I don’t have time for a lenghtly repair.

You have a defective Display Assembly which will need to be replaced by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
