Apple Watch total calories

Hi, so I burned 2400 total calories the other day with less standing hours and slightly less active calories, but today I burned more calories and have more standing hours but I only burned 1990? Why is this? Shouldnt it be the other way around? This happened yesterday too. I had less total calories than normal and burned more than previous days.

Hey there taylormezz,

We'd like to see how we can help! We use our Apple Watches daily and love how they can track our activity, so if that wasn't working properly, we'd be concerned too.

We'd like to first start by recalibrating your Apple Watch to ensure that it's tracking your movement accurately. Check out this great guide using this link: Calibrating your Apple Watch for improved Workout and Activity accuracy

After those steps, let us know if you're still experiencing the same behavior.

We look forward to your response.
