Keyboard issue on iPhone 11

Hello everyone. I have a problem with my keyboard. As seen in the photos I attached I can’t use it in some apps because it goes in some kind of landscape mode even I’m in portrait. First photo is in Lidl Plus app where I can’t create an account because the pop up isn’t working( I can’t click anything ) and the keyboard looks like that, and the second one is when I try to leave a review on AppStore. Managed to solve it, first issue by resetting safari data and the second one by restarting the iPhone. T/C
