I have a problem with my iCloud and iPhone photos. It is surpose to sync up, when I delete a photo on my phone or directly on iCloud. But that dosen't seem to be the case. What is wrong?

Seeing as the iPhone may be the problematic source, have you tried either of the following:
When you say "directly on iCloud" do you mean at iCloud.com (from a computer browser)? When you delete a photo there, it doesn't delete on the iPhone?
Yes, exactly ! :) And also when I delete on my iPhone, it dosn't delete on iCloud
It dosn't delete on all advices?
