Call by WiFi Iphone XR

I switched on the option to get called by WiFi, but it doesn’t work


My provider says they can’t fix this problem, the problem needs to be searched in my device. I have an Iphone XR, how can I solve this problem?

Your carrier is not giving you correct information. Ask them if they have enabled WiFi calling for your data plan SIM plan with them.



Get help

  1. Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and make sure that Wi-Fi Calling is on.
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. Connect to a different Wi-Fi network. Not all Wi-Fi networks work with Wi-Fi Calling.
  4. Turn Wi-Fi Calling off and then on again.
  5. Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.
