Left ear no longer works Powerbeats pro

My leg ear Powerbeats pro won’t work. I have repaired and reset. Only 60 days old.

​Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. Keeping your Powerbeats Pro working as expected is definitely important. It sounds like you've tried some troubleshooting already but the left ear still does not work.


Are you using the Powerbeats Pro with an iPhone? If so, on your iPhone, try tapping Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual. Then make sure the balance slider is set to the middle.


You might also want to test this by pairing the Powerbeats Pro with a different device. If the audio balance doesn't appear to be a factor and the issue persists on multiple devices after the steps you've tried, we suggest using this link to reach out directly to Apple for next steps: Contact Apple Support
