tccd max cpu after update

Updated to 10.14.6 Supplemental last night - Oct. 2nd 2020. System rebooted w/update, 'tccd' use is extreme and has all cores engaged. Pushing 95% usage on an iMac 27" 2017, 32 GB, 4.2 GHz Intel Core i7. Has run all night, rebooted this AM and started again. Looks like the upgrade has a worse bug than the 10.14.6 memory leaks.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

tccd has a database file in each user's home directory ~/Library/Application Support/come. apple. TCC/TCC. db that appears to store which apps you have allowed and denied access to for your contacts.

Many bugs, including Permission problems from the 2020-005 SecUpd, the recent supplemental Update cured things for many, others need to reinstall Mojave.
