a blue (aqua) screen appears when computer randomly awakens from sleep mode at night

My computer comes out of sleep mode in the middle of the night - with a pale/aqua blue display. Anyone know why it does this and how I can stop it from happening again?

iMac 2017 with sleeping sickness! Hi everyone, I have a 2017 iMac 21.5” which has been working great lately. I upgraded to Ventura a couple of weeks ago and that seemed to go well. Earlier this week we had a power outage. When I switch on my iMac now it constantly goes sleep. It will sleep while doing the initial boot before it gets to the login screen. Then when I wake it the login screen appears and I can log in. I then get between about 3 and 20 seconds before it goes back to sleep again. So far I have reset the PRAM and SMC but neither had any effect. Is there anything else that I can try? Thanks in advance and happy holidays to all!

macOS Ventura flickering screen I updated my Macbook Air M1 to Ventura on Monday 24 Oct. Within a few hours my screen started to flicker. I rebuild the machine using a USB drive (Create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support) After a few hours it started again. I notice this happens when I am using IntelliJ Idea Ultimate. Has anyone else encounter this issue? Perhaps when doing something that will use up a lot resources? I don't mind going back to Monterey I just hate the long process of rebuilding/setting up a machine.

What is displayed in that screen?

You can go to System Preferences->Energy Saver and disable stuff like powernap and other things that may wake up your mac.
