I cannot take video on the camera app. I can take pictures, I can record video on Snapchat, but on the camera app, it shows the camera for a second then it blurs the screen and I cannot record video. It does this on front and back camera. I have no idea what to do, I tried restoring but that didn’t help.

I’m afraid that doesn’t help. The camera works fine. But I can’t take video’s in the app (it just goes blurred like I described in the post). And I know video works, because the phone records videos for Live Photo.
