Apple Watch competition points inconsistent / not updating since new OS

My friend and I have discovered that the info we see is not the same. He was at one number all day long while mine would update regularly- similarly my number stayed the same while his updated.

I have signed out of iCloud and back in- airplane mode, restarts, activity quits etc. and it seems to keep lagging.

is anyone else having this issue?

also, my watch says his points/activity is one thing but my phone says another.

These are new issues since I recently update both phone and watch to most recent iOS- and it’s super frustrating!

Hi there.... Everything is updated on my end but still not working properly: watch and phone are not talking to each other properly since the updates and I keep loosing the infos of my workout sessions plus no gps data at all
