Help! put call forwarding on last weekend. can't remove call forwarding on iphone 8. CAN NOT remove. The call forwarding button is NOT activated. I have tried ideas posted online; shut it down and powered back up, etc. Please help!

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It looks like you're unable to turn off call forwarding, and we'd be happy to help.
To get started, try to reset your network settings. You can do this by going to: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Keep in mind, this also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.Â
