I found the iPhone XR in Nashville Tennessee and I’m trying to Notified an owner I tried every possible information I know but I can’t get the owner information to make a call or text him I found her phone

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

If the owner knows it is lost they can choose to display information on the screen when the phone is powered on. If they didn’t do that there is no way to get in contact with them.
