Unless your iPhone has been jailbroken, it cannot get a virus and no anti-virus app would be necessary. What makes you suspect that the Safari app is "infected" with a virus?

About the Messages?:

When you are getting these messages, are they intermittent? Or are they always appearing at the same time within the video? If they are at the same time in the video, then it is likely just part of the video.

Please Confirm: You trying to clean up space. It seems you are wary about what is installed that is taking up so much space. If so, you could just rid of high-sized files and apps or, just set up your iPhone anew.

Apps

B. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

Cookies perform remembrance of certain site-entered data.

Cache keeps a snapshot of the last time you visited a site.
