iPhone lagging in iOS 14.0.1

hey there,

i currently have have my iPhone XS max running iOS 14.0.1 for about a week now and everything was fine, until today. Yesterday everything was fine, i woke up today opened insta then restarted suddenly by itself. First i thought it was normal (it happens), turned back on, reopened insta then it restarted again by itself but this time it turned back on and the lag was unreal. Also my widgets were black and it kept restarting constantly. Tried checking for an update wouldn't let me turn my wifi on or connect to it.

Tried connecting to my mac to see if their is an update that didn't work as well. Tried force restarting/turning it off for a certain amount of time, you guessed it, didn't work.

Please help me out of this misery, keep in my mind i don't have any professional help near me.
