Default browser / email functionality doesn't work

Even though I now can select default browser and email app on my iPhone running the latest iOS 14.01, seems like this functionality doesn't function yet. I've set Chrome and Gmail as defaults, but after this I've met numerous cases, when: opening webpage in Viber chatbot or other app doesn't work or trying to open email client from some other app just crashes the app. It's either the problem of each app or iOS 14 itself. But it needs to be resolved somehow. I can't find where to report this problem. Feedback assistant redirects me to Developers forum, where posts are related to iOS betas and usually are ignored.
