apple care plus

hi i want to buy apple care plus for my macbook in india but they are asking me to call support centre. i did call them but they have been transferring my call to one after another since past 2 days and today the 60 days purchase period expired and they asked me to call again tomorrow so what can i do now to get apple care+ for my macbook
