I just ordered the new Apple Watch and my app was showing that it’s preparing to ship but today my order just vanished I can’t view my order and I’m really scared that if my watch will be delivered or not?
I called Apple and the site is undergoing maintenance. Will be back up later today, but no ETA.
I have the same issue! Yesterday I bought MacBook Pro and was showing that it’s preparing to ship too. Today I wanted to see status of my order and just said that is not available right now! I’ve been trying since morning but It doesn’t work yet
Went there and do not see and option for orders
Ohhhhh, in that case , we just have to wait I think :(
My wife just chatted to apple support for the same reason and was told that they are updating their ordering system and to check back in a few hours,this was at 4.00pm GMT.
I called, system temp down
My order disappeared
