Start with a force reboot of your device (Force reboot device - Apple Support). Next try signing out of your Apple ID and back in. Since I dont know if you are talking about Apple ID payment or Apple Pay for Apple ID go here - Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods and for Apple Pay go here - Manage the cards that you use with Apple Pay - Apple Support. If none of that works we will try something else.
