iPad Pro 2018 - no sound from internal speaker when USB C hub with HDMI is connected.

Apple has not programmed any option to chose between external and internal speakers when connecting to an HDMI out via a USB-C hub. This while the majority of external monitors have measely speakers and the iPad has 4 very good speakers.

In earlier posts the reply was that such USB-C hubs are recognized as some kind of media hub and there is no way around not being able to chose for internal audio instead. But that is of cours a question of software programming. If one has another device connected, like bluetooth audio then the choice between HDMI and bluetooth audio is possible.

Please could apple improve the programming here please. It should always be possible to chose the primary audio output, like it is on any other OS platform?
