Change App Store region

Hi there,

I have recently moved to the Netherlands from Australia, though my App Store hasn’t updated. Apps only available in the Netherlands/Europe don’t show in my App Store. What do I need to change to update the region of my App Store?

App Store I have Czech iPhone, but I currently live in the UK. When I want to download some UK App from the Store it shows me that this App is not available in my region.
