My old broken IPhone 7+

I broke my IPhone 7+, after it I’ve bought new se2. Now I want to sold the 7+, but I have problem with deleting everything from this, because the half of screen don’t work and because of it I can’t open iPhone with password. I delete ICloud of IPhone 7+ with a help of se2, but the 7+ still ask to get password, and I don’t know how to delete information from it to sold. What I need to do?
