plugged in HomePod , tried to reset by pressing and holding top, isn't working?

First time using my HomePod, it says wifi connection issue when it turns, will not reset, as described by holding finger on top?

Is your Wi-Fi set up with WPA/WPA2 and with any client isolation feature turned off? Check the prerequisites in the Get started section of Set up and use HomePod - Apple Support.


See Reset HomePod - Apple Support and try again, paying attention to the timings given.
