How do I delete an app from app library?
I moved an app to App Library. Now I am unable to delete the app. How do I delete the app from app library?

Go to settings>general>iPhone storage>select the app - delete

Not working for me. Just deletes from home screen
Did you tap on the folder to open it then hold your finger on the app to bring up the options?
