Can anyone tell me how to add TWC email to my MacBook pro. It was on my MacBook but I was having issues I deleted it and thought I would just re-add it. NOT. I have tried everything. I can't even get past the part where you add you email address @twc.com and your password. I just get the continuous spinning circle. TWC/ Spectrum was not helpful. Thought maybe someone here might know the answer.

I was having this problem trying to add a mail (not gmail) account just for Notes. In my ~/Library/Keychains folder, I found a subfolder with a long hexadecimal and hyphens name. I deleted that subfolder, logged out, and logged back in. I was then able to add the account, without having lost any passwords from my keychains.
Thank you Mr Hoffman but I can’t even get past add mail account which only allows you at first to enter your name, Email address and password. Then all I get is the dreaded spinning black wheel. Then nothing.
I couldn’t find anything like that.
Add the entry manually.
Here is the basic setup, per Apple:
I’ve used your forum nick in the above, which won’t work with TWC.
Substitute your actual TWC-issued username there.
TWC mail account cannot be added to mac mail.
