iPhone 11 started to freeze after iOS 14.0.1 update

after the latest update to IOS 14.0.1. , my iphone 11 has started to freeze. It has happened so many times, the screen freezes and i cant do anything. Is anyone experiencing this problem ? How do i fix it ?

I’ve had the same problem in my IPhone X and have noticed that it is triggered (in my case) by turning up or down the music or sound volume.
