The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Apple ID disabled (generic):--> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

Apple ID disabled (in iTunes&AppStore):--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
