I know this is unrelated and very random, but I would really love to thank the apple customer service, or the apples automative system for being able to solve any issues asap and providing help when needed, thank you for your hard work and keep it up!

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.


If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer.
