Why does my series 7 watch not have a constant heart rate during my workouts or runs? Is it a flaw in the watch that it doesn’t keep a consistent heart rate during my workouts including running? Even if I wear a heart rate monitor it loses connection

See If you're missing Workout GPS routes or Health data after updating to iOS 14 and watchOS 7
