I have brought iphone 5s from someone other.the previous owner has forgotten apple id's password and he can't able to reset the password,and the activation lack has been activated,help me about this

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
