Iphone 11 without second sim slot?

I have an iPhone 11 but I can only find where one sim will go, the flip side doesn't appear to support the second sim card, how to I fix this??

The only iPhones with 2 physical SIM slots are those sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau.

All other modern iPhones use one physical SIM and one eSIM.
