10403 error not found

I am unable to update my MacOS high sierra to 10.13.6. I am getting an error 10403 not found. What does the error mean?

macOS Sierra update to macOS High Sierra issue I have a Mid 2011 iMac and i'm trying to update from macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6 to HIGH SIERRA. However, I keep getting this error when I install and it attempts to restart my computer "An error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again." Can you help me figure this out?

Are you usingFirefox?

Try reinstalling this in Safe Mode, but not using Firefox...
