iPhone 7 heating up after 14.01 update

After the most recent update my phone now gets extremely hot. It’s getting warm while I write this. I have turned off cellar data for almost all my apps. It has help some. I didn’t have this problem until the update. Please fix.

Do you have a case on? If you do, try taking it off. Another recommendation is to close tabs and try not to do too much heavy tasks. This issue used to occur with my 6s aswell, and doing those two things did help quite a bit.
