Mail TO field - I want to always see the whole email address

When mail pulls an address from previous recipients, I'd like it to show the whole email address in the TO field rather than substituting the shortened name.

For example, I start typing S in the TO field and I see a list like:

Sanjay - spatel654@***

Sanjay - jaysanveetha12@***

ScienceBright - brightscience@***

Shaul - shaccu@***

Support - customerservice@***

Suzanne - zippysue@***

If I click on the second name in the list, I want the TO field to say jaysanveetha12@***, not just Sanjay. (I know I can click on the name & see the whole email, I just don't want the name at all.)

Is there a way to do that?
