Question marks ??? in file attachment names in Apple Mail

There is Apple Mail connected to gmail via imap. In some messages containing attached files, some of the file names are displayed incorrectly. Part of the file name is replaced with question marks. Moreover, one letter can contain both correctly displayed names and incorrect ones. At the same time, everything is displayed correctly in gmail itself, in other mail clients on both Mac OS and iOs. Those. the problem is clearly in Mail. I would be grateful for advice. System - Catalina, Mail version 13.4 (3608.120.23.2.4).
