I can't change a dynamic background on my Mac air

It looks like no one has responded to your inquiry. Here's a couple things that may help the community in responding:

• Does the Dynamic Desktop image change after you log in to your account?
• Are you able to select a different Dynamic Desktop in the settings? Change the desktop picture (background) on your Mac
• Does the behavior persist with a different option selected?

"Some dynamic desktop pictures may also provide still images so the desktop picture doesn’t distract from the light or dark appearance. For example, if you chose the dark appearance during macOS setup, the desktop picture is set to a dark still image. To use or stop using a still image (if available), click the pop-up menu, then choose an option."
