MacBook Air late 2010 can be upgraded to El Capitan, or to High Sierra. High Sierra is the last version for that Mac.

The data sheets associated with their peripherals usually list the supported macOS versions.

MacBook Air includes a built-in camera, as you may be aware. FaceTime camera, with 640 by 480 resolution.
