Installing Numbers and Pages on iMac OS Mojave

I just formatted hard drive and installed Mojave as was before. I want to install Mac Numbers and others but Apple Sore gives a message" Required OS 15". anybody can solve this please? I don't to upgrade now to OS 15 because I already did and had a lot of trouble so that is why I had to delete partitions etc..

The Mac App Store now requires Catalina or later to install the current versions of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. No work around, nor user downloadable location at Apple for past full version installers of these applications.

If you made a Time Machine backup of Mojave before you reformatted and installed it, and you had versions of Pages and Numbers through versions 10.1, then you can restore them to your /Applications folder. If not, then…

If you ever had them installed, and the past purchases area (⌘+0 zero) of the Mac App Store shows these applications, then you may be able to click on them, and be reminded that they cannot be installed, but the Mac App Store may offer to download and install the latest version of each for Mojave. Doubtful, but you can try.

I had them on Backup but could not restore! I had copy of older version, put them back but most of files could not be opened, it should be backward compatible but it is not the case here!!!! there were working fine before I offered my help feeding back for Big Sur. This was my big mistake, Big Sur is very badly made. It is reminding of MS Windows. However, this is not our discussion subject but now I must buy Windows computer and stopping being Apple promoter. After Steve Jobs, it has never being the same, we cannot replace God. Apple have never obliged people to upgrade with this manner. Thanks to you anyway.

If you went back to Pages '08 or '09, the documents created by Pages v5 and later are in a different, incompatible, document format and cannot be opened by the older Pages applications.

I believe Apple warns about installing beta software on production Macs, because beta software is unfinished, can have bugs, and may not work with applications intended for released operating systems.

It may or may not work depending on the current macOS version, and what existing versions of Pages happen to have been reinstalled. The OP has not stated what version of Pages and Numbers that were reinstalled, and if for instance they were Pages 'YY, or Pages v5.6.2 (El Capitan) then it would be questionable for the Mac App Store to overwrite them with Pages/Numbers v10.1 for Mojave.
