Unable to Scan Docs in Notes

i have updated to ios14.1 when it was available. And my notes are sync’d to iCloud. My problem is I do not have the scan feature in my notes.

How do I get that feature?

iPhone XS Max, iOS 14

Make sure the new note you are creating is under the iCloud or "On my iPhone" folders.

Other folders for 3rd party mail accounts will not support the added Notes features including the "Camera / Scanning Documents" option.

To clarify, when you go to Settings > General > About, do you have iOS 14.0.1 or iOS 14.1 installed?

What happens after you select the Camera icon in a new note? Do you see the scan icon shown in this support article?

The one thing I didnt do! I went under iCloud notes and I have it!!

Yes I have the latest iOS 14 installed. There is NO camera option in my notes. I have added a screen shot of what my notes look like. At the bottom there is no camera.
