I've change my iCloud plane from 50G to 200G family plan. How can I cancel 50G plan?

I upgraded my iCloud plan but I'm being charged for the old plan too If I have upgraded my iCloud from 50 GB for $.99 a month to 200 GB for $2.99 a month, shouldn't I stop being charged the $.99 a month??? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
