Have you been able to See or cancel your subscriptions by following these steps? If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions. Do you see the Subscription you're looking for now?
If you're still not seeing it, do you remember how you initially subscribed to this feature? Was it through the App Store or another way? It's possible that you made this purchase on the apps website when visiting from a web browser. If that sounds like a possibility, it would be good to check with Tinder on how to cancel the subscription that way.
