The orange and green indicator comes on every time I receive a call. Does that mean an apps is violent my privacy or is this a bug?

On my iPhone 10 XS Max, the orange indicator comes on near the WiFI indicator every time I receive a call. Is this a bug or an app violating my privacy? Per, Apple this means an application on my phone is using the microphone.

Apple is correct. When there is an incoming call then the microphone will be active for you to answer the call. The purpose of that indicator is for the user (You) to know that an app is using the Microphone or camera on your iPhone. It is an awareness feature and not a bug.
