Lost apple id password

Hello i lost my password for apple id and also i dont know which email is linked to this apple id , and i have 2 iphones logged in with this apple id , can u help me to sign out ?

Have you checked all the entries in Settings to see if you can find the Apple ID email?

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
