Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
This is happening in pages and Keynote and I have tried everything on here - nothing works?
Its obviously a font issue somewhere.... So where are the fonts that pages basic list pull from? Where are they located or a where is a font pref file I can trash and try again?
Come on apple - I need some help - please don't make me go to the dark side and start using Word and Powerpoint

One thing you could try, to begin isolating the problem, is to log in via a another user account and see whether the problem occurs there as well.
