Have seen recently a lot of 2009 Apple Podcast, that contains video instead
of audio. People refers at it as "Vodcast". I know how to do a video clip. The question is HOW to upload it to be shown in my podcast?

YES - Hosting Video on Libsyn - it will be fully supported in Apple Podcasts. You submit your RSS feed just like you would for an Audio Podcast. Remember - it is JUST the RSS feed you submit and Apple index's - Apple does NOT host any media files - not Audio or Video or PDF.

Apple Podcasts (iTunes) has always supported Video (as well as PDF's) for episodes along with Audio. All you need to do is upload and publish a Video (or PDF) episode with your current podcast host instead of Audio. Assuming your current podcast host supports more than just Audio. For example Libsyn supports publishing Audio, Video and PDF content at the episode level.
But it all goes back to where you currently host your RSS feed / media files - and if they do or do not support more than audio.

Yes absolutely - Libsyn has supported video files since it started back in 2004 - before iTunes even supported podcasts.
Many Video podcasters are hosted on Libsyn.
