What happens if I cancel my plan later?

I want to buy a monthly icloud storage plan. But what if after 1 or 2 months I have more than enough cloud space and I want to cancel my plan. Do I still get to keep the cloud space that I bought?

Apple storage So I’ve recently been looking up on “what happens when you pay for iCloud storage and then cancel it next month?” I haven’t seen anyone who knows about this. I’ve just bought a plan today and I’ll update here next month when the plan runs out. No. iCloud storage upgrades are a rental of space on Apple's servers, not a purchase.
