AirPods Pro

I tried to connect my AirPods Pro to my MacBook Air and it kept on telling me connection failed, I tried so many times it doesn't work! help

What happens?

  • can Mac connect to other bluetooth devices?
  • do you see AirPods on the Mac?
  • Is there an alert or error?
  • did it work before?
