I can't import adjustment layer in my Final Cut Pro x

You have to create the folder. Call it Motion Templates.localized. Inside that create a folder called Titles.localized. In that create another folder called Adjustment. That's the category. Inside that put the folder with the adjacent layer content. This should all have been in the instructions. Where did you get this?
