how do i find the windows iso file

I'm trying to install windows boot camp to create a partition. Where is the ISO image file it's asking me to choose at the start?

Installing Windows 10 1903 Boot Camp tells me the 64 it iso file is not 64 bit. The iso file is on a thumb drive, and I've created it twice with the Media Creation Tool I downloaded from MS. The Media Creation tool ran with no problem, so I wouldn't think it is corrupt. Any suggestions?
