Go to Settings > Battery and see what used up your battery. Make adjustments as appropriate from there. From the screenshot you posted however, it appears you're mirroring your iPad to another device which would eat up a lot of charge.

You had something in Safari running, which used up a lot of your charge. To avoid this, when you're not using Safari, force close it to ensure nothing is still running.
