how do i see what the damage was on my Mac ?
i had my macbook get shipped out for a repair, its fixed and on its way back now - how do i see what the damage was?

View the Invoice:
Usually, once your item is repaired, there is the description of the repair on the invoice that comes in the box they ship it back to you with. It describes what the engineer/technician did to your item.

Contact Apple Support:
If you need a deeper description, you can always Apple Support.
Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
